Ingredients- 2 ears of corn (on cob)
- Remove the outer husk and silk from the corn on the cob and rinse the cob well.
- Cover with boiling water and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Strain and then remove the kernels of corn using a sharp knife.
- Puree in a food processor.
